About James
Having enjoyed singing from a very early age, at age 6 James won a scholarship to Canterbury Cathedral Choir. which he joined when 8.
For 5 years this enabled him to gain a classical/choral music education. He developed his voice control, performance skills and honed his love of singing. As a key member of this professional choir he had the opportunity to perform many difficult and exposed solos including the Miserere Mei – Allegri and The Advent Responsory – Marlow.

Appearances
James appeared on ITV’s Voice Kids and his classical version of You’ll Never Walk Alone (which can be found on the Hear James Page), impressed Paloma Faith and the audience with Paloma’s chair turn taking him through to another performance in the Battles. Here he sang Bridge Over Troubled Water as part of the battle trio.
